🌲 Nature Boy Lacrosse Return & Exchange Policy
1. Personalized & Custom Items (FINAL SALE)
Any item that includes customization—such as engraving, dyeing, name/number personalization, or special stringing requests—is non-refundable and final sale.
Custom products cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production begins.
Because these items are created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for personalized orders.
2. Non-Custom Items
Non-custom, unused items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused and in original condition
- Tags and packaging are still intact
- A valid proof of purchase is provided
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will replace the item or issue a refund if applicable.
4. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable, hold no cash value, and may be redeemed online only. Gift cards are not redeemable at events. No Exceptions.
5. Shipping Delays
Nature Boy Lacrosse is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped. We do not refund for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or any shipping carrier.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges for non-custom items are accepted within 14 days, provided the item meets return conditions.
Customers are responsible for shipping the item back unless the original product was incorrect or defective.
8. Cancellations
Orders containing personalized/custom items cannot be canceled once production begins.
