2. Products & Customizations

Custom and Personalized Items

  • All custom, made-to-order, engraved, dyed, or personalized items are final sale.

  • No cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once production begins.

  • Custom engraving is limited to the character count listed on the product page.

  • Colors, patterns, and finishes may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products.

Limited Edition Items

  • Many of our mini sticks and apparel items are produced in small batches.

  • Availability is not guaranteed, and once sold out, items may not restock.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in USD and may change without notice.

  • We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other payment options offered at checkout.

  • Orders are not considered final until payment is successfully processed.

4. Shipping

Processing Times

  • Processing times vary by product. Made-to-order items (including dyed or strung sticks) may take longer.

  • Estimated processing times are listed on each product page.

Shipping Delays

  • Nature Boy Lacrosse Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses submitted at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, Nature Boy Lacrosse Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • For shipping issues, customers must contact the carrier directly.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our items are custom or made in small batches:

Eligible Returns (If Applicable)

Non-custom apparel may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery if:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Order Issues & Defects

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

  • We will review and replace/resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

7. Gift Cards

  • Nature Boy Lacrosse Co. gift cards can be redeemed online only.

  • Gift cards hold no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

8. Intellectual Property

All product designs, photos, logos, characters, and branding are the exclusive property of Nature Boy Lacrosse Co. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
