2. Products & Custom Orders

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom, made-to-order, dyed, strung, engraved, or personalized items are:

  • Final sale
  • Not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production begins

By placing an order, you acknowledge:

  • Custom work requires production time
  • Each item is unique and may have slight variations in color, pattern, or finish
  • Character limits for engraving must be followed exactly as listed

Limited Edition Products

  • Many products are released in limited quantities
  • Once sold out, items may not be restocked

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD
  • Prices may change at any time without notice
  • Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully processed

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Production & Processing Times

All products are either made-to-order or fulfilled in small batches.

  • Estimated processing times are listed on product pages
  • These timelines are estimates, not guarantees

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • Production times may vary due to demand, product type, or seasonality
  • Delays may occur due to supply chain issues or high order volume
  • Orders cannot be canceled due to production time once work has begun

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
  • Delivery timelines are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed

Shipping Disclaimer

Nature Boy Lacrosse Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers
  • Weather or natural events
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Holiday or peak-season volume

By placing an order, you acknowledge:

  • Shipping delays may occur
  • Delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

  • Once marked “Delivered”, packages are the responsibility of the customer
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery

Customers must contact the carrier directly for delivery-related issues.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Final Sale Items

The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Custom items
  • Personalized items
  • Dyed or strung mini sticks
  • Engraved products
  • Limited edition releases
  • Sale items

Eligible Returns (If Approved)

Non-custom apparel may be eligible for exchange or store credit if:

  • Requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Item is unused and in original condition

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Order Issues & Defects

If you receive an incorrect or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos

We will review and resolve on a case-by-case basis.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes 

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

  • You understand that custom and made-to-order items require processing time

Non-Refundable Custom Work

  • Custom and personalized items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstance once production has begun

Shipping & Processing Delays

  • Delays in production or shipping do not qualify as valid reasons for a chargeback

Dispute Resolution Requirement

Fraud Protection

We reserve the right to provide:

  • Order confirmations
  • Customer communications
  • Production records
  • Tracking and delivery confirmation

to financial institutions in the event of a dispute.

Abuse of Chargebacks

Accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be:

  • Denied future service
  • Reported to payment processors

10. Preorders & Product Drops

  • Preorder items will include estimated ship dates on the product page
  • Orders containing preorder items ship when all items are ready unless otherwise stated

11. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced

12. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, characters, and branding are the property of Nature Boy Lacrosse Co.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

13. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Interfere with site functionality
